Analogous Color Scheme

Here is my example of an analogous color photo. It has yellow, green and some yellowish-green tones. These were interesting little what looked like mini pine trees, I believe however they were a type of moss. The photo on the right was an interesting farm field.

I've seen this type of moss often and believe it might be called haircap moss. That's a great picture; you can even see a spiderweb in the background.

Did you crop this picture? It's much taller than a normal sized one. I love that you can see the water drops and the strings of spider webs. The water on the plants seems to give it a little sparkle. The complementary colors give it a nice contrast.

Interesting farm picture, it really draws you in. I like the clean lines of the corn fields and the great colors which seem to be out of a postcard, what am I saying... your photo is a postcard! Even the foggy background makes the landscape pop.

Thanks for the compliment on the farm picture. I have driven by that scene for years and always wanted to take a picture of it, the class gave me a good excuse to play the role of tourist.
