Portrait of a sleeping cat

So I admit I cheated just a bit taking a picture of a sleeping individual but some of the concepts are the same. If you were taking a portrait of a person you could tell them to do a certain thing to improve the photo, unless of course you were trying to take a picture of a child. I will compare the cat to a child, were as you can't tell them to do something. You have to make the best of what they give you or trick them into doing what you want. Or in certain circumstances it is just better to take a picture while they are sleeping...that way at least that way they won't move.

I was going to use my cat as my model this week, but with all the family I was sure to photograph I dropped that idea early. I too have a large assortment of cat sleeping photos. Good job.

Hey your kitty looks like one of Leslie's kitties...but you are right. Cats just don't do what you want. Oh but this one looks so comfortable!
