That is an interesting article, good to keep in the back of your mind when composing photographs. Ultimately you'll want others to experience the same emotions when looking at your photos, as you did capturing them.
He is so right - it is hard to photograph "feeling" because the camera takes a photo of exactly objectively what is in front of it and based on the physics of the Fstop and shutter speed. But if you have a goal in mind you can compose more to convey what you want...
